Holding a dual Master's degree in bilingual French-Italian Business Law and International and European Commercial Litigation (Paris X), Lorenzo Serafini began his career at several French and Anglo-Saxon firms before joining the Firm in 2013.
He has developed expertise in real estate law, particularly in leases, co-ownership, construction and property transactions, as well as in commercial law.
He advises and assists French and Italian institutional clients in both advisory and contentious matters.
