Former Secretary of the Conférence du stage (a speech contest for lawyers), he teaches at École de formation des barreaux (French Bar Admission School), where he prepares students to court hearings and pleading. He is the honorary president of the Lysias National Conference (inter-university legal eloquence and pleading competition) and conducts training seminars on speaking skills.

Registered at the Paris Bar since 2004, he assists growing companies and their shareholders, family offices and property companies, particularly in the fields of real estate, Internet and information technology, health and energy. Sébastien first started his legal practice with Mayer Brown in 2004, before joining Simmons & Simmons in 2008. He then went on co-founding DPS Avocats.
Alexandre was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2002 and has been an associate attorney of the firm since its creation.
He works with various market players such as property companies, asset managers, land developers and construction stakeholders. He specializes in all issues related to real estate management (commercial leases, residential leases, condominium), real estate sales and construction.
He and his team also assist his clients in the acquisition and sale of companies operating in the real estate industry.
Registered at the Paris Bar since 2000, Charles helps growing businesses and their shareholders, especially with their structuring, their equity operations, mergers acquisitions and in the related disputes. As such, he has developed expertise in the health and advanced technology sectors.
Charles first started his practice in the investment funds department of Arendt & Medernach in Luxembourg, before joining Derriennic Associés, a leading law firm in the field of new technologies. He then founded Winnov before joining Cheysson Marchadier.
He has been a jury member of the pitch contest Innovation & Galien for several years, as well as a member of Réseau Entreprendre Paris (a private network of business executives that supports young entrepreneurs).

After obtaining his bilingual Master’s degree (French and Italian) in business law and international and European trade dispute (Paris X university), Lorenzo Serafini started his practice in several French and Anglo-Saxon structures, before joining the firm in 2013. He has developed an expertise in real-estate law, especially in matters of leases, condominium; construction and real-estate sales, as well as in commercial law. He helps and assists French and Italian institutional players in both advisory and litigation matters.
Tiphaine studied law at the Paris II Panthéon Assas university and graduated with a DESS in Human Rights and International Law as well as a certificate in Criminal Sciences from the Paris II Institute for Criminology. Tiphaine carried on with her continuing education in labor law. She joined DPS Avocats in 2010.
Geoffrey graduated from the Paris X Nanterre university with a Master’s degree in business law. Geoffrey joined DPS Avocats in 2018.

Bérénice holds a «lawyer in international and European business» Master’s degree (magistère) from the University of Lorraine with Erasmus at the University of Köln. She worked in international business law firms in Germany, Hong Kong and France before joining DPS Avocats in 2020.

Jeanne-Thérèse holds a double degree in Franco-German law (Université Toulouse I Capitole – Université de Passau), a Master II in Advanced Public Law from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas and a Master II in Public Litigation from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. She worked for an international criminal court, then in Paris for a law firm specializing in criminal law and for SEBAN, a firm specializing in public law, before joining DPS Avocats.
