We have developed a real expertise in helping associations and more generally non-profit organizations. We assist our clients in the creation and development of associations, endowment funds and foundations recognized as being of public utility and advise them throughout their management. Our Firm especially ensures the preparation of the bylaws and internal rules, the day-to-day legal support (partnership, volunteer management, sponsorship, real estate) and in relations with the supervisory authorities, as well as on all issues regarding the funding of their activities.

We are also involved in the defense of religious freedom and the interests of non-profit organizations. We have a daily practice of the law of associations under the 1901 French Law and an excellent knowledge of the issues related to cultual associations, congregations, as well as the challenges of private and confessional education.
